Agreement to Terms

By signing a service contract with ftdboost Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form part of every service contract entered into with ftdboost Limited and apply in addition to any specific terms set out in that contract.

1. Who We Are

24hrpage.com is a service operated by ftdboost Limited, a company registered in Malta (registration number: C 101385, VAT: MT28925804), with registered address at Triq il-Mahsel, Sea Star Court, Flat 3, MSK 3648 Marsaskala, Malta.

We design and publish professional single-page websites for businesses within the timeframe specified in the chosen package: 24 hours for the Standard package and 4 hours for the Express package (business days only), measured from the time the contract is signed.

ftdboost Limited reserves the right to engage suitably qualified subcontractors to carry out part or all of the service. ftdboost Limited remains solely responsible to the client for the quality and timely delivery of the work.

2. Speculative Preview Pages

As part of our marketing activity, ftdboost Limited may create speculative preview pages for local businesses using publicly available information, to demonstrate what a professional website could look like. These pages are hosted on preview.24hrpage.com.

Preview pages are unofficial. They are not commissioned or approved by the businesses they feature, and their existence does not create any contract, obligation, or pre-contractual relationship between ftdboost Limited and the featured business. Viewing a preview page, or responding to any outreach from ftdboost Limited, does not constitute acceptance of these Terms or any agreement to purchase services. A preview page created before any contract does not constitute an agreed deliverable; the scope of work under any contract is defined solely by the signed service contract and completed intake form.

Any business that wishes to have its preview page removed may request removal at any time by emailing hello@24hrpage.com with the subject line "Remove my page." Removal will be completed within 24 hours. The processing of personal data in connection with preview pages and outreach activity is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed upon signing of the service contract. No payment is required prior to delivery. All prices are stated in EUR and are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the applicable Maltese rate (currently 18%) will be added to all invoices where applicable. Prices as listed on the website at the time of order are the prices that apply to that order.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information through the intake form before the contract is signed. ftdboost Limited will build the page based on the information provided. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may affect the delivery timeframe, for which ftdboost Limited bears no responsibility.

5. Delivery

The delivery clock starts at the moment the service contract is signed. ftdboost Limited will notify the client when a preview is ready for review. Following client approval, the final page is published to the agreed domain. Payment is due upon successful delivery of the completed webpage.

6. Revisions

One round of revisions is included in all packages. Given the express nature of the service, feedback on the preview must be provided promptly (ideally within 2 hours of receiving the preview link) to ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe. Additional revision rounds may incur additional charges.

7. No Guarantee of Results

ftdboost Limited makes no representation or guarantee as to any specific business outcome, search engine ranking, traffic volume, customer enquiries, or commercial result arising from the delivered webpage. The service is limited to the design and publication of a single-page website as described in the service contract. The success of the website in generating business for the client depends on factors entirely outside ftdboost Limited's control.

8. Care Plan

The optional care plan (24.99 EUR per month, billed quarterly, exclusive of VAT) covers hosting, domain renewal, SSL certificate, minor content updates, monthly backups, and 24/7 uptime monitoring.

The care plan may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@24hrpage.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing quarter following the 30-day notice period. No further charges are made after that date. Partial quarters are not refunded.

9. Payment and Non-Delivery

Payment is collected after the completed webpage has been delivered and approved by the client. In the event of a delay attributable to ftdboost Limited, the parties will promptly discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include a revised delivery schedule or an adjustment to the agreed fee.

10. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All code, design files, and website assets created by ftdboost Limited are protected under the Malta Copyright Act (Chapter 415) and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ftdboost Limited until the invoice has been paid in full. No rights, licences, or ownership are transferred to the client prior to receipt of full payment.

Upon confirmation of full payment, copyright in the delivered webpage and all associated files is assigned to the client by written agreement, as required under the Malta Copyright Act. This assignment is effected by the signed service contract together with confirmation of full payment.

The client retains full ownership of all content they provided (text, images, logo, business information) and of their domain name. The webpage is hosted on infrastructure managed by ftdboost Limited on the client's behalf. Upon request and after full payment, ftdboost Limited will provide the client with all necessary files to migrate the webpage to hosting of their choice. ftdboost Limited reserves the right to feature the completed work in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

11. Third-Party Services

ftdboost Limited uses third-party infrastructure providers including website hosting platforms, domain registrars, DNS providers, and SSL certificate authorities to deliver and maintain the service. ftdboost Limited accepts no liability for downtime, data loss, or service interruption caused by such third-party providers. ftdboost Limited will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of a third-party outage. The client acknowledges that some aspects of service availability are outside ftdboost Limited's direct control.

12. Payment Default and Website Suspension

If an invoice remains unpaid beyond its due date, ftdboost Limited will issue up to three (3) written payment reminders. Should full payment not be received following the third reminder, ftdboost Limited reserves the right, without further notice, to suspend or take the client's website offline and withhold all deliverable files until the outstanding balance is settled. ftdboost Limited accepts no liability for any business loss or damages arising from such suspension. Once full payment is received, the website will be restored and all files transferred to the client within 24 hours.

13. Limitation of Liability

ftdboost Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the service or the delivered webpage. ftdboost Limited's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the relevant service.

14. Force Majeure

ftdboost Limited shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to server or infrastructure outages, internet disruptions, natural disasters, illness, or any other event outside the direct control of ftdboost Limited. In such cases, ftdboost Limited will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible and agree on a revised delivery schedule.

15. Client Content Liability

The client is solely responsible for all content provided to ftdboost Limited, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and any other materials. The client warrants that all such content is owned by them or that they hold the necessary rights and licences to use it, and that providing such content to ftdboost Limited does not infringe the rights of any third party. ftdboost Limited accepts no liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising from the use of client-supplied content that infringes any third-party rights.

16. Referral Programme

24hrpage.com operates a referral programme whereby individuals who refer new clients may be eligible to receive a referral fee upon successful completion of the referred client's order. Referral fees are as follows: 100 EUR for a completed Standard package (999 EUR) and 250 EUR for a completed Express package (2,499 EUR). Referral fees are paid solely at the discretion of ftdboost Limited and only after the referred client's order has been fully delivered and payment has been received in full. No referral fee is owed in the event of a cancellation, chargeback, partial payment, or non-payment by the referred client. ftdboost Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

17. Cancellation and Kill Fee

Should the client choose to cancel the project after the contract has been signed, a cancellation fee of 70% of the agreed project fee will apply. For the purposes of this clause, work is deemed to have commenced at the moment the service contract is signed. The cancellation fee therefore applies from the point of signing, regardless of whether the intake form has been submitted or design work has begun. Any cancellation must be submitted in writing to hello@24hrpage.com.

18. Late Payment Interest

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/7/EU on combating late payment in commercial transactions, as transposed in Maltese law, ftdboost Limited reserves the right to charge statutory interest on overdue invoices. Interest accrues automatically from the day following the invoice due date at the rate applicable under Maltese law, without the need for a prior reminder.

19. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through written communication. If the dispute is not resolved within 14 days of written notice, either party may then refer the matter to the courts of Malta in accordance with the Governing Law clause.

20. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared by the other party in connection with the service and not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, ftdboost Limited reserves the right to display the completed website publicly as part of its portfolio, unless the client objects in writing.

21. Warranty Disclaimer

Upon client approval of the delivered webpage, ftdboost Limited warrants that the website functions as presented at the time of delivery. No further warranty is provided beyond the agreed revision round. ftdboost Limited is not responsible for any issues arising after delivery that result from third-party services, hosting changes, domain settings, or client-made modifications.

22. Data Processing

ftdboost Limited as data controller. ftdboost Limited collects and processes the client's personal data (including name, email address, and phone number) for the purpose of managing the service relationship. This processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Where the client supplies content that contains personal data belonging to third parties (for example, staff photographs or employee contact details), ftdboost Limited acts as a data processor on the client's behalf and will process that data only for the purpose of building and delivering the agreed webpage. The client, as data controller, warrants that they have a lawful basis for sharing such data and that doing so complies with GDPR and the Malta Data Protection Act (Chapter 586).

23. Changes to These Terms

ftdboost Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available at 24hrpage.com/terms.
